Maribor Cathedral is consistently recognized as one of the city's top sights rather than a tourist trap. It is highlighted alongside major points of interest like the Basilica of Our Mother of Mercy, the Old Bridge, the Water Tower, the Judgement Tower, and the Slovene National Theatre. If you plan to include it on your route, the best season to travel is April and June through October, when average temperatures range from 10.5°C in spring to between 20.4°C and 22.3°C during the summer.
