is cebu city centre walkable between major sights?

I'm planning a low-season trip to Cebu to avoid the crowds. Can you easily walk between the central sights, or are major attractions spread far apart?

When we visited Cebu, we found that key historic sights like the Basilica del Santo Niño, Magellan's Cross, and Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral are located right in the city area, while other top attractions such as Mactan Island and the Marcelo Fernan Bridge are situated further apart. If you visit during the low season outside December to May, average monthly temperatures stay consistent between 26.2°C and 28.1°C.
