I'm planning a one-day trip to Darkhan with a friend who walks quite slowly. What's a sensible order to see the main sights without backtracking?

For a single day focused on the key sights, you can organize your route around Morin Khuur Park, the Darkhan 50 Complex, and My Mongolia Park. From there, you can continue through Erdenes Plaza, stop by Amu Mall, and finish at the Youth Theater. This covers the city's primary landmarks in a straightforward sequence without needing to rush.
