Privacy Policy

World by City (worldbycity.com) and its mobile app are operated by Tanzsoft Co., Ltd. Every feature works without signing up, and for guests we do not collect personally identifiable information. Optional social sign-in (Google or Apple) is available only if you want your saved places kept across devices.
Information we use
· Web: We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (Google Analytics) and use cookies for operating the service.
· App: We use the device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications. We do not collect names, contacts, or other personal identifiers.
Account (social sign-in) data
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store the name and email address from that account and the account identifier issued by the provider. This is used only to attach your saved places to your account so they persist across devices; we store no passwords. Pressing "Delete account" on the sign-in page deletes your account and saved places immediately.
Third-party services
Analytics is provided by Google Analytics and app notifications by Google Firebase. When you tap a booking link (hotels, flights, tours), you are taken to a partner site (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.), where that provider’s privacy policy applies.
Purpose and retention
Collected data is used only to operate and improve the service and to send notifications. We do not sell or share user information with third parties.
Your choices
You can turn off push notifications in the app or your device settings, and block cookies in your browser settings.
