行天宮
Hsing Tian Kong
行天宮（こうてんきゅう）は、台湾の台北市中山区に位置する関帝廟。多いときで1日に2万人以上が訪れるとされる、台北地域でも人気の高い寺院・観光地のひとつである。

Hsing Tian Kong is a large working temple dedicated to Lord Guan (Guan Gong), a historical general worshipped as a patron deity of businesspeople, soldiers, and police. It sits on a street corner in Zhongshan District, its grounds covering more than 7,000 square meters, with dragon sculptures worked into the roofline and columns. It's a place to see everyday devotional practice up close — locals lining up for blessings, incense-free rituals (burning incense is not used here), and volunteers performing a hand-waving "soul-calming" ceremony over visitors.
Getting there
From central Taipei, the temple is reachable directly by MRT: Xingtian Temple Station on the Zhonghe-Xinlu line sits right outside, so it's typically a 10-20 minute ride from downtown stations, plus a short walk from the exit.
Time to allow
Most visitors spend 30-45 minutes walking the courtyard and main hall. Add extra time if you want to watch or take part in the blessing ceremony, as there can be a short wait.
When to go
Mornings tend to be busiest, especially around ceremony times, and weekends draw larger crowds of worshippers than weekdays. Visiting on a weekday afternoon is a quieter option if you'd rather avoid queues.
