Planning my first trip abroad in years to São Tomé. For anyone who has visited, what would you do differently or focus on the second time around?

Focusing beyond central landmarks like the Our Lady of Grace Cathedral, Roman Catholic Diocese of São Tomé and Príncipe, and São Sebastião Museum by Ana Chaves Bay, travelers often shift attention toward offshore spots like Cabras Island and Santana Islet. Flying into TMS, timing also makes a noticeable difference: June and July mark the best season to visit, when average temperatures settle around 25°C to 25.7°C compared to highs of 27.2°C earlier in the year.
