These terms govern your use of World by City (worldbycity.com) and its mobile app (the "Service"), operated by Tanzsoft Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service provides information on cities, attractions, itineraries and stays, plus trip planning, saved places, travel stories and community features. Every feature works without an account; optional social sign-in (Google or Apple) is available only if you want your saved places kept across devices.
Accuracy of information
Attraction details, opening hours, prices and travel times are compiled from public sources and our own research and may change without notice. The Company does not warrant completeness or accuracy; please confirm with official sources before visiting.
Affiliate links
Booking links (hotels, flights, tours) lead to partner sites (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.). Bookings, payments and refunds are governed by the partner's terms. The Company may earn a commission on partner bookings at no extra cost to you.
User content
You keep the rights to stories, comments and other content you post. You grant the Company a non-exclusive right to display and reproduce it to operate and promote the Service. Content that infringes others' rights or violates law or public order may be removed without notice.
Intellectual property
The Service's design, editorial content and images (our own photography and our own generated images) belong to the Company and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Accounts and termination
You can delete a social sign-in account at any time via "Delete account" on the sign-in page. The Company may restrict use in case of a breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, from errors in information, or from partner services.
Changes
The Company may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
