The Landmark
Overview
The Landmark is a 324-meter-tall skyscraper with 72 floors located along the Corniche in Abu Dhabi. Standing as the second-tallest building in the city, the tower is a prominent feature of the urban skyline. Travellers visit primarily to see modern skyscraper architecture up close and to view the surrounding coastal cityscape.
Getting There
The tower is situated in the central coastal area of Abu Dhabi. From the city centre, a taxi or local public bus ride takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes along main corridors like Corniche Road.
Time to Allow
Plan for 30 to 45 minutes to view the building exterior, take photographs, and walk around the surrounding ground-level plaza.
When to Visit
Late afternoon is practical for viewing the structure in daylight before the city lights turn on in the evening. The cooler months between November and March are best for walking outside comfortably. Pedestrian areas around the waterfront can become moderately busy on weekend evenings.
