Djamaa El Djazaïr
Overview
Djamaa El Djazaïr is a religious complex in Algiers. It is the third-largest Islamic building in the world and houses the world's tallest minaret at 37 stories. Travelers visit to view its contemporary architecture, expansive courtyard, and large prayer hall.

The site is located east of the city centre along the coast. It is accessible by taxi, tram, or regional train, with the journey taking approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.
