Abdoun
Overview
Abdoun is an upscale residential district in southwestern Amman. As one of Jordan's wealthiest areas, it features modern architecture, stylish streets, and a relaxed atmosphere. Travelers visit primarily to browse boutiques, visit contemporary cafes, and dine at restaurants in a setting distinct from the historic city center.
Getting There
The neighborhood is located southwest of downtown Amman. A taxi or rideshare from the city centre takes roughly 15 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
