Hohenzollern Bridge

The Hohenzollern Bridge is a railway and pedestrian bridge spanning the Rhine river in Cologne. It serves as a primary transit link for trains and a walking path for visitors. Travelers visit the bridge to cross the river on foot and to see the thousands of "love locks" attached to the railings by couples.

Getting There

The bridge is located adjacent to the Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) in the city centre. From the main station, it is a short walk of approximately 5 to 10 minutes to reach the bridge entrance.

Allow 30 to 60 minutes to walk across the bridge and return, depending on whether you stop to observe the locks or take photographs of the skyline.
