Pont El Kantara

Pont El Kantara is the oldest bridge spanning the Rhummel Gorge in Constantine. Originally constructed as an Ottoman-style arch bridge, it has been rebuilt multiple times and currently exists as a concrete arch. Visitors go here to observe the architectural evolution of the city's crossings and to view the natural terrain of the gorge from an elevated vantage point.

The bridge is located within the urban area of Constantine. From the city centre, it is accessible via local taxi or short drive, typically taking 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
