Located on the banks of the Buriganga River, this former official palace of a royal family now functions as a museum. Visitors go here to view the architecture of the royal era and explore exhibits detailing the history and legacy of the Nawabs of Dhaka.

The palace is situated in the Old Dhaka area. From the city centre, you can reach the site via rickshaw or ride-sharing services. Depending on the traffic conditions, which are often heavy in this district, the journey typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
