Fomboni is the largest city and center of Mohéli Island in Comoros, serving as the gateway for travelers to and from the island. With a population of around 15,000, it's also the third-largest city in Comoros overall.

The Comoros, officially the Union of the Comoros, is an archipelagic country made up of three islands in Southeast Africa, located at the northern end of the Mozambique Channel in the Indian Ocean.
