John III Sobieski Monument

This equestrian statue commemorates King Jan III Sobieski of Poland. Originally created in 1898 for the city of Lviv, the monument was moved to Gdańsk in 1965. Visitors come here to view the historical sculpture and learn about the Polish monarch's legacy within the city's urban landscape.
