The Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Hamad Town, Bahrain. Opened in 2021, it serves as the seat of the Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia and is the largest Catholic church on the Arabian Peninsula. Travelers visit primarily to see its contemporary architecture and to observe an active Christian site in a Muslim-majority country.
Getting There
The site is situated near Hamad Town, south of the capital. Reaching it by car or taxi from central Manama or Bahrain International Airport (BAH) generally takes between 25 and 35 minutes along the main highway routes.

Allow roughly 45 minutes to an hour on site. This provides sufficient time to tour the main nave and view the exterior grounds.
When to Visit
The cooler winter months from November to March offer the best conditions. Weekday mornings are generally quiet. Expect large crowds on Fridays and Sundays during scheduled services.
