Chora Church

The Chora Church is a former Greek Orthodox church located near the Edirne Gate in Istanbul's old city. Built in the 11th century, the structure was later converted into a mosque and currently functions as a museum. Travelers visit this site primarily to view its Byzantine mosaics and frescoes, which are preserved within the interior.
