Remuh Cemetery
Located in the Kazimierz district, this 16th-century Jewish cemetery is one of the oldest of its kind in Poland. It is named after Rabbi Moses Isserles, who was buried here. Visitors go to this site to view historic Jewish funerary art and to learn about the Jewish history and culture of Kraków.
Getting There
The cemetery is situated in the Kazimierz neighborhood. From the Kraków city centre (Main Market Square), you can reach the site via a short tram ride or a walk of approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your pace.
