Visitors typically go here to observe the city's administrative center and access the surrounding network of cafes and shops.

Getting There

Time to Spend

Allow approximately 30 to 60 minutes to walk around the perimeter and view the surrounding buildings. If you plan to sit at one of the local cafes, you may wish to allocate more time.
