What It Is

Ocean Two is a 73-story residential skyscraper in the Costa del Este district of Panama City. Completed in 2010, it was the tallest building in Panama and Latin America upon opening. Travelers interested in modern architecture visit to see its exterior and the surrounding coastal skyline.

Getting There

The tower sits along Corredor Sur, roughly 15 to 25 minutes by taxi or rideshare from central Panama City. Public buses also run to Costa del Este from central hubs.

Time to Allow

Because it is a private residence without public interior access or an observation deck, viewing is limited to street level and the waterfront promenade. Allow 15 to 30 minutes for photos.

When to Visit

Late afternoon provides the best light for viewing the oceanfront facade without peak midday heat. The sidewalks are rarely crowded, but commuter traffic on access roads is heavy during weekday rush hours.
