Khoja Marjanli Mosque is a ruined historical Shia mosque located in Shusha, within Azerbaijan's Karabakh region. Travellers visit to see the structural remains and observe the architectural history of the area.

The site is situated within central Shusha and is accessible on foot from the town centre in roughly 5 to 10 minutes. Travellers arriving by air generally use Ganja International Airport (GNJ) before continuing to Shusha by road.
