Overview
Boyana Waterfall is a 25-meter cascade situated on Mount Vitosha near Sofia. Hikers visit the site for its forest trails and the chance to view the falling water up close from marked mountain paths.
Getting There
From central Sofia, travel to the Boyana district by public bus or taxi, which takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes. From the trailhead at the edge of the neighborhood, the hike up to the falls takes about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the chosen route.
