The Finnish Museum of Games
Overview
The Finnish Museum of Games is located inside the Vapriikki Museum Centre in Tampere. It presents the history of gaming in Finland, covering traditional board games, early digital titles, and contemporary video games. The space includes playable arcade cabinets, vintage home computers, and consoles set up across recreated period rooms.
Getting There
The venue is situated along the Tammerkoski rapids, roughly a 10- to 15-minute walk north of Tampere Central Station and the central square. Local buses also stop nearby.
How Much Time to Allow
