Renhai Temple

Established in 1826, this is the oldest temple in the Zhongli area of Taoyuan. It is a place of worship dedicated to Guanyin and Mazu. Visitors go here to observe traditional architecture and a memorial archway that survived demolition during the Japanese colonial period, preserving the site's original appearance.

The temple is located in the Zhongli District. From the Taoyuan city centre, you can reach the site via local bus or taxi. The journey typically takes between 30 to 50 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
