Fabric District
Fabric is one of the oldest historic districts in Timișoara, located adjacent to the Cetate old town. Originally developed in the 18th century as an industrial hub, the area is named after the factories that were established there. Travelers visit this neighborhood to see the transition from the city's administrative center to its former industrial quarters and to explore its historic street layout.
