The Crocolandia Foundation Inc., founded in 2001, is a nature conservation center located in Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines. The park houses birds, lizards, snakes, and crococodiles. What it is
Crocolandia Foundation is a small nature conservation park in Talisay City, on the outskirts of Cebu, focused on breeding and housing endangered Philippine reptiles. Its best-known resident is Lapu-Lapu, a large estuarine crocodile, but the park also keeps Philippine crocodiles, sailfin lizards, monitor lizards, snakes, iguanas, turtles, and a mix of birds and mammals including hornbills, mynas, peacocks, civets, deer, water buffalo, and a Visayan warty pig. There's also a small museum, a library, gardens, and fishponds on the grounds. It's a low-key stop for travellers interested in Philippine wildlife rather than a large-scale zoo.
Getting there
Talisay City borders Cebu City to the south, so the park is a short trip from the city centre, generally under 30 minutes by taxi, ride-hailing app, or private vehicle depending on traffic. From Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB), expect a longer ride across the bridges into Cebu City and down to Talisay.
Time to allow
An hour to ninety minutes is enough to walk through the enclosures, museum, and gardens at an unhurried pace.
When to go
Visiting earlier in the day tends to mean cooler temperatures and more active animals, since reptiles are often less visible during the hottest midday hours. As a smaller, less internationally known attraction, it doesn't typically draw the crowds seen at larger Cebu sites.

The Archdiocesan Shrine of Santa Teresa de Avila is only 1.6 km away and easy to pair with a visit here. Anjo World, a theme park, is about 3.7 km off, a reasonable add-on for families with more time. Carbon Market and the Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway are both roughly 8.5–8.7 km away, better suited to a separate leg of the day given the distance.
