Fort James
Located on the coast of Accra, this structure was built in 1673 by the Royal African Company of England. It served as a trading post for gold and enslaved people during the European colonial era. Visitors go here to examine the architecture and learn about the region's colonial history. Due to its historical significance, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979.
