Located in the village of Makarba, this complex consists of Sufi mosques and mausoleums and a large artificial tank. Visitors go here to study the blend of Islamic and Hindu architectural styles and to see the historical layout of the religious site.
Getting There
The site is situated approximately 7 km southwest of Ahmedabad city centre. The most common way to reach it is via auto-rickshaw or ride-sharing apps. Depending on traffic conditions, the journey typically takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to walk through the complex, view the stone carvings, and explore the surrounding courtyards.
When to Visit
The site is outdoors and exposed to the sun, so early morning or late afternoon is preferable to avoid midday heat. The cooler months from November to February are the most comfortable for visiting. It can get crowded during local holidays and weekends.
