Presidential Park, Astana
Presidential Park
Located across the Ishim River behind the Presidential Palace, this is one of the largest urban parks in Astana. It serves as a public green space where visitors can walk through wooded paths and wide flowerbeds. The park provides a pedestrian route that leads toward the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation.
Getting There
The park is accessible from the city centre via taxi or public transport. Depending on the starting point and traffic conditions, the trip typically takes 10 to 20 minutes.
Duration of Visit
Allow approximately 2 to 3 hours to walk through the grounds and explore the surrounding landscape.
When to Visit
The park is most accessible during the spring and summer months when the gardens are in bloom. It can become crowded during local public holidays and weekends. Visiting in the early morning or late afternoon avoids the peak midday heat during the summer.
