Burg is one of the central squares in Bruges, situated on the site of a former fortress. Visitors go here to view the surrounding historic architecture and take a break while exploring the city's administrative and religious center.

The square is located within the pedestrian zone of the city centre. It is accessible on foot from most central hotels and the main market square, typically taking less than 10 minutes to reach.
