Bongraesan is a mountain located in the Yeongdo District of Busan. Travelers visit this site for hiking and to view the surrounding coastal landscape and the city's harbor. It is the primary mountain of the Yeongdo area and is named after the Three Spirit Mountains of Chinese legend.
Getting There
The mountain is accessible from Busan city centre via a combination of subway and bus. From the central districts, take the subway toward Nampo-dong and transfer to a local bus heading to Yeongdo. The total travel time is approximately 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
Duration of Visit
Depending on the chosen trail and the pace of the hike, visitors should allow between 2 and 4 hours to ascend and descend the mountain.
When to Visit
