This site is a prehistoric shell midden from the Neolithic period located in the Yeongdo District of Busan. It consists of accumulated layers of shells and organic waste, which provide archaeological evidence of the diet and lifestyle of early human inhabitants in the region. Visitors go here to see the excavated artifacts and learn about prehistoric coastal settlements.

The site is located on Yeongdo Island. From Busan city centre (near Seomyeon or Busan Station), you can reach the area via city bus or taxi. The journey typically takes 30 to 50 minutes depending on traffic and your starting point.
