Zeitoun

Zeitoun is the largest quarter of the Old City of Gaza. It is separated from other districts by Omar al-Mukhtar Street. Visitors go here to walk through the lanes of the old walled city and experience the local atmosphere of one of the city's historic residential and commercial areas.

Getting There

The quarter is located within the urban core of Gaza City. From the city centre, it is accessible via short taxi rides or by walking, typically taking between 10 to 20 minutes depending on the starting point.
