Korsvägen is a major public square and primary transit hub located within Gothenburg's event district. Travelers visit primarily to access surrounding cultural and entertainment venues or to transfer between local tram lines, city buses, and regional connections.

Getting There

From Gothenburg Central Station in the city centre, direct trams and buses run frequently to the square. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Direct coaches also connect this hub with Landvetter Airport (GOT).

Set aside 15 to 30 minutes if you are only passing through or changing transportation. Any additional time will depend on which adjacent venues you plan to enter.

When to Visit

The square experiences heavy commuter traffic on weekday mornings and late afternoons. It becomes particularly crowded during summer weekends and immediately before or after large events, concerts, or conventions in the event district.
