Hlotse is a market town in Lesotho on the Hlotse River, near the South African border. Founded by a British missionary in 1876, it served as a colonial administrative center before independence.

Qoqolosing
Qoqolosing is a pyramid-shaped peak near Hlotse, Lesotho, rising to 2,155 meters. A gentle trail through tall grass leads to the summit, making it a great trekking spot.

The Hlotse River flows through the Leribe district in northern Lesotho, and it's also the source of the nearby town's name. Along its course to the Caledon River, simple countryside scenery unfolds.
