About the Gallery
The Walker Art Gallery is a public art museum in Liverpool housing one of the largest art collections in the UK outside London. Housed in a historic building on William Brown Street, it features European paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts dating from the 14th century to the present day, with notable Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite works.
Getting There
Located in central Liverpool, the site is directly adjacent to Liverpool Lime Street railway station. Walking from the station or central shopping streets takes around 5 to 10 minutes. Several local bus lines also stop at nearby Queen Square.
