Barzan Tower
Barzan Tower is a late 19th-century watchtower located in Qatar. Originally part of a defensive system, it was used to monitor the surrounding low-lying areas where rainwater collected and to guard the coast. Visitors go here to see the architecture of an old desert fortress and to view the surrounding landscape from an elevated vantage point.

The tower is located outside the main city center of Doha. The most practical way to reach the site is by rental car or taxi. Depending on traffic conditions, the drive from the central districts typically takes between 30 to 45 minutes.
