What It Is
The Garden of Palms is an urban park situated directly behind the Presidential Palace. The grounds feature hundreds of towering royal palm trees that provide extensive canopy shade and shelter tropical bird species and troops of capuchin monkeys. Travellers visit to walk the grounds and observe local wildlife in a quiet, central setting.
