Marjan
Marjan is a forested hill located on the peninsula of Split. It consists of Mediterranean pine forests and provides vantage points overlooking the city and the Adriatic Sea. Visitors use the area for walking, jogging, and visiting the local zoo and beaches.
Getting There
The park is accessible by foot from the Split city centre. Depending on which trail or beach you are heading toward, the walk typically takes between 15 and 30 minutes.

The amount of time needed depends on the activity. A short walk to a viewpoint may take one to two hours, while exploring the various trails, the zoo, and the coastline can take a half-day or a full day.
