Located in central Yerevan, Freedom Square is a public urban space situated between Swan Lake and Opera Park. It serves as a pedestrian area for strolling and is one of the city's primary landmarks, positioned immediately adjacent to the Yerevan Opera Theatre.

The square is located within the city center. Depending on your starting point in the central district, it is accessible via a short walk or a brief taxi ride, typically taking less than 10 minutes from nearby central hubs.
