About the Venue
The Art Pavilion in Zagreb is a public art gallery that opened in 1898, designed specifically for large-scale exhibitions and recognised as the oldest purpose-built exhibition hall in Southeast Europe. Rather than housing a permanent collection, the venue functions as a space for rotating temporary exhibitions spanning diverse historical and contemporary art movements.
Getting There
Located on King Tomislav Square in the Lower Town, the site is a direct 5- to 10-minute walk south from Ban Jelačić Square, the city centre. City trams travelling toward the main railway station also stop directly in front of the square.
