Standing at 185 meters, the Monument to the Constitution is the second-tallest structure in Turkmenistan. Covered in white marble, this landmark houses an interior museum and a library that outline national history and governance.

The structure is situated in southwestern Ashgabat. From the city centre, visitors typically take a taxi or hired car, with the trip taking approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on road conditions.
