Schlossberg
Schlossberg
Schlossberg is a wooded hill located in the center of Graz city center. It is a public park situated on the site of a former fortress. Visitors go here to view the city panorama from the summit and access various cafés and restaurants located on the plateau.
Getting There
The hill is accessible from the city center via a funicular railway or by walking up the paved paths. The ascent takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes by funicular or 20 to 30 minutes on foot, depending on the chosen route.
Duration of Visit
Allow between 2 and 4 hours to explore the park, visit the summit, and spend time at a dining establishment. The time required varies based on whether you choose to hike the trails or use the lift.
When to Visit
