Overview
Petronas Tower 3 is a 60-story, 267-meter skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur's KLCC district. Part of the Petronas Towers complex, it features commercial spaces and lower floors connected to the Suria KLCC mall. Travelers visit to view its architecture and access the central complex.
Getting There
From central areas like KL Sentral, take the LRT Kelana Jaya Line to KLCC Station. The train ride takes about 15 to 20 minutes, with underground pedestrian tunnels leading directly into the complex.
Visiting Time
Plan for 30 to 45 minutes to view the building exterior and walk through the lower concourses, or 1 to 2 hours if including the connected mall.
When to Go
Late afternoon and evening are practical times to visit to see the towers illuminated. The area becomes crowded during weekday rush hours and weekends. The connected indoor concourses offer shelter during afternoon heat or rain.
