Garagay Archaeological Site
Garagay is an ancient ceremonial center located in the San Martín de Porres district of Lima. The site is characterized by a U-shaped temple structure built by an early Andean civilization. Visitors go here to see the architectural layout of pre-Inca society and observe the remaining traces of painted wall decorations.

The site is located north of Lima's city center. The most direct way to reach it is via taxi or ride-sharing app. Depending on traffic conditions in the metropolitan area, the journey typically takes between 30 to 60 minutes from the central district.
