The gardens are situated on the southern edge of the city center. Most travelers use taxis or ride-sharing services to reach the site, which typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes from the central Medina area depending on traffic.

Due to the vast size of the grounds and the scattered nature of the pavilions and reservoirs, allow 2 to 3 hours to explore the site at a steady pace.
