Oslo Opera House
About the Venue
The Oslo Opera House is the home of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet, situated on the waterfront in Bjørvika. Visitors come to attend performances or to walk up the angled marble roof, which slopes directly down to the water and provides open views across the Oslofjord.
Getting There
The site is located immediately next to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) in the city centre. Walking from the train, bus, or metro platforms takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes via pedestrian paths leading to the waterfront.
