Ocean 1 Tower
What it is
Ocean 1 Tower refers to a skyscraper that was announced for a plot at Jomtien Beach, just south of Pattaya. As planned, it would have risen 367 metres over 91 floors with 587 residential units, which would have made it the tallest building in Thailand. Construction never went ahead, so there is no completed tower to visit — travellers occasionally search for it after seeing renderings online, but the site remains undeveloped land near the beach.
Getting there
The proposed site sits close to Jomtien Beach, about 5-10 minutes by taxi or songthaew from central Pattaya, or a similar stretch by car from central Jomtien itself. If arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), the journey to Pattaya takes roughly 1.5-2 hours by taxi or bus.
Time to allow
Since there is no built structure or viewpoint here, there's nothing to specifically allocate time for at the project site itself. Any time spent in the area would really be time spent at Jomtien Beach, which can range from an hour to a full day depending on your plans.
When to go
Because this is beachfront land rather than an attraction with facilities, timing considerations are really about Jomtien Beach in general: mornings and late afternoons are cooler and less crowded than midday, and weekends tend to draw more visitors than weekdays.

Since the area itself has little to see, pair a visit with other sights around Pattaya. All Saints church is about 7.6km away, Ko Khrok around 7.8km, the Sanctuary of Truth roughly 8.4km, and Ko Sak island about 9.8km, all reachable by taxi or boat depending on the destination.
