This is a working mosque in Zhongzheng District, run by the Chinese Muslim Youth League, and it also houses the Taiwan Halal Integrity Development Association. It's a modest, functional building rather than a landmark, so the appeal is less about architecture and more about seeing an active place of worship for Taipei's Muslim community, tucked into an ordinary city block.
Getting there
From central Taipei, the mosque is a short taxi, bus, or MRT-plus-walk trip, generally under 20 minutes depending on traffic and where you start. It sits in a residential and institutional part of Zhongzheng District, so plan on a bit of walking through regular streets rather than a direct drop-off.

A visit is brief — most travellers spend 15 to 30 minutes here, enough to see the building and surroundings before moving on.
When to go
As a functioning mosque, it is used for regular prayers, so visitors should be mindful around prayer times and dress modestly. It is not a major tourist stop, so crowding isn't a concern; the bigger consideration is simply respecting it as an active religious site rather than a sightseeing attraction.
