This Russian Orthodox cathedral, constructed between 1894 and 1900, is the largest domed church in Tallinn. Visitors go here to observe the architecture of the exterior and the ornate decorations of the interior.

The cathedral is located on Toompea Hill. From the lower city centre, you can reach it by walking uphill via the stairs or the slope, which typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Public transport options are available, but the short distance makes walking the most common choice.
